I was honored and excited when Lolly from Mississippi Heritage Trust] asked me to create a piece for their next cover featuring the Phoenix Naval Store at Turkey Creek in Gulfport. I made a collage using a few photos I shot for the fab folks of unabridgedArchitecture] ❤️ So happy with how it turned out! Also grateful to have a piece commissioned by a publication who pays, credits and celebrates its contributors. Monthly, I hear, “I told them they were your photos, I’m sorry they didn’t credit you.” I appreciate all who try but honestly these publications need to do better. They absolutely know better.
