✨LAST NIGHT, A NEW CHAPTER BEGAN✨

For years, Encounter Recovery has been a place where people could walk through the doors exactly as they were — hurting, struggling, grieving, recovering, searching, or simply needing Jesus.

Last night, we celebrated everything God has done through ER… and stepped boldly into where we believe He is leading us next.

Encounter Recovery has officially relaunched as encounterFREEDOM. 🙌🏼

This isn’t just a new name. It isn’t just a new logo. And it isn’t about leaving recovery behind … It’s about enlarging the vision!!!

We believe recovery is a part of the journey — but FREEDOM is the destination.

Freedom from addiction.
Freedom from shame.
Freedom from grief that has consumed us.
Freedom from fear, anxiety, depression, trauma, bitterness, unforgiveness, and the wounds of our past.
Freedom from the things we hide.
Freedom from the things that keep us stuck.
And freedom to become who Jesus Christ created us to be.

Because bo***ge doesn’t always look like addiction. Sometimes it looks like a smile hiding a broken heart. Sometimes it looks like success on the outside and emptiness on the inside. Sometimes it looks like church attendance while quietly fighting battles no one knows about.

Jesus came for ALL of it.
“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free…”. Galatians 5:1

Our mission at encounterFREEDOM is simple👉🏼👉🏼 To lead people into a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ where true freedom begins.

And as we move into this new season, these four values will remain at the heart of everything we do:

FREEDOM — We believe Jesus still breaks chains and sets people free.

JESUS-CENTERED — Jesus isn’t part of what we do. He is the center of everything we do.

HOPE — No story is too broken, no person is too far gone, and no situation is beyond the reach of God.

HEALING — We believe God meets us in our broken places and leads us toward restoration, wholeness, and purpose.

We are believing for Friday nights to become a place where people encounter the presence of Jesus, find a safe community, hear truth, experience healing, build relationships, grow as disciples, and learn what it means to actually LIVE FREE.

So maybe you’ve thought, “Recovery isn’t for me or that Recovery is all you need.”

We want you to hear this: encounterFREEDOM is for anyone who knows there is an area of their life where they need more of Jesus and more freedom.

None of us have to have it all together.
You don’t have to clean yourself up first.
You don’t have to carry your story alone.

Come as you are. There is a seat for you.
There is a community ready to walk beside you. And most importantly, there is a Savior who still changes lives.
