💙 While serving our youth and community is at the heart of what we do year-round, this June we’re taking time to celebrate the incredible people who help make that work possible.

To every serve team, volunteer group, community partner, and organization that has poured into Empower 225, thank you. Your time, talents, and generosity help create hope, opportunity, and transformation for the young people and families we serve.

Last Thursday, we had the opportunity to celebrate the power of partnership firsthand.

At our NCCER Workforce Training Partners Luncheon, community leaders and organizations gathered to learn more about Empower 225 and the exciting opportunities ahead through our workforce training program.

The highlight of the day was hearing directly from students whose lives have been transformed through these opportunities. Their stories were a powerful reminder that partnership is about more than collaboration. It’s about creating pathways, opening doors, and changing lives.

As we launch this next chapter of workforce development, we’re grateful for the partners who choose to invest in people, potential, and purpose. Together, we’re building a stronger workforce and a brighter future for our community ✨

Week 1 of Dreamville Summer Program is officially in the books ☀️💙

What a week of new experiences, learning, and connection. From exploring the New State Capitol and taking a bike ride to learning how to swim and participating in workshops designed to build practical life skills, youth stepped outside their comfort zones, gained confidence, and created memories along the way.

Through our Summer Program, youth are gaining exposure to new opportunities, building meaningful relationships, exploring future career pathways, and growing academically, socially, and personally through intentional experiences.

A strong first week, and we’re excited for all that’s ahead this summer 😎✨

From exploring homeownership and future opportunities to serving others and tackling an escape room challenge, our Character First Leadership Academy ambassadors jumped right into a summer of growth.

At CFLA, we are committed to discipling and developing young leaders who lead with character, integrity, and faith. Every experience is designed to help our ambassadors grow closer to God, strengthen their leadership skills, and discover their purpose.

Week 1 was full of learning, laughter, and leadership. We’re just getting started 🙌

The Empower 225 Cup Golf Tournament is coming this September!

We’re bringing together friends, partners, and supporters for a day on the course filled with golf, community, and impact as we continue our mission to empower and develop youth to reach their highest potential.

Every diploma tells a story of resilience, growth, and determination 🎓✨

Our Adult Education Program is filled with youth and young adults who are returning to complete their high school education and are committed to finishing strong while building better futures for themselves, their families, and their community.

For many, graduation is just around the corner and we can’t wait to celebrate this incredible milestone with them 💙
