Woman Only Triathlon and Duathlon geared for fun! Run, bike, and run - We believe there is an athlete in every woman, no matter how old or young, fit or not. Find your inner athlete and join us for a great spirited event where ladies rule. Race Distances are: short 100m pool swim / 12 mile bike /2 mile run for the triathlon and 2 mile run / 12 mile bike / 2 mile run for the duathlon. USAT SANCTION

You must show your photo ID for packet pickup. You may pick up a friend’s packet with a copy of her ID. Transferring your race bib is not allowed.
If you have to pick up your packet on race day, arrive early to give yourself time to get through the line and get set up in Transition.
