Next batch of lemon and something new in orange!!!

Tonight I am serving a ham steak and a pierogie that are both the size of my larger frying pan. Mark and I made my grandmother pierogie recipe on Sunday. This was the mutant last one lol! I do not know how that woman did all she did all those years. I am going in three day recuperating and still need a vacation!

In the midst of all of the holiday hustle and bustle it is easy to take people and things for granted. That is why I want to share this image that melded together two very unique aspects of the jewelry industry by two unique artisans. created the bezel for the diamond using 3D modeling software. That model was then cast into metal where it was handed off to .talus who took the ring and bezel components and brought them together through her magic use of fire and brute force. It is the work of amazing artists behind the scenes that truly make jewelry unique and personal! Thank you to all of the artists for all you do and do not always get the direct recognition you deserve!

A space diamond?! The 555.5 carat Enigma diamond, graded by GIA, was determined as Fancy black in its GIA Colored Diamond Identification and Origin Report. This unearthly stone is called a carbonado diamond that possibly came from outer space, either created through meteoric impact or brought to Earth by an asteroid.
