This customer contacted me after Justin Teich Construction enlarged his pond and treated it with bentonite to seal it up tight as a jug. He wanted an 8’ x 20’ dock custom built. I fabricated the dock off site and set it on the preset posts that we concreted in before bentonite was added. The dock was sand blasted, primed with self etching rust inhibiting primer, then painted gloss black. Composite decking was then screw down to finish it off. I had also installed a solar powered pond aerator prior to it raining and adding 2’ or so of water. Then I was asked to build a pavilion next to the dock. I drew up plans, the customer approved and the rest is history! Before I had the pavilion completed I was asked to add two ladders and a slide to the dock. No job is finished till the customer gets exactly what they want!

Customer had a huge boulder fall from the cliff above the creek and hit his concrete dam. The result was some large crack in 12” thick concrete. Justin Teich Construction cleaned out the creek to rock bottom and moved the bulldozer sized rock away from the dam so repairs could be made. We came in and keyed into the rock, tied in steel, the set forms for the pour. 21 yds of concrete later and the customers dam was patched and ready for all the recent rain!

This customer had water that would run into her barn anytime there was a heavy rain. Worked in drainage around two sides of the barn and topped the driveway on one side with road base.

Just finished this driveway, skimmed off all the grass and old gravel. Treated the driveway with w**d killer then spread new gravel.
