Today marks 7 years of more life! My stroke anniversary! 🥹❤️
7 years ago I had a life altering stroke that almost cost me my life. After 2 brain surgeries, life changing disabilities, lots of prayer and therapy, I’ve still been able to create a beautiful life for myself. I am truly so thankful to still be here 7 years later! 🙏🏾❤️

May is Preeclampsia Awareness month and the perfect time to share my story. I survived postpartum preeclampsia not just once, but TWICE! I’m so thankful to still be here. I share my story to help make sure other moms won’t have to go through what I went through and continue to struggle with!
This is why I am walking in the 2026 DMV Promise Walk, to help raise funds and research for preeclampsia.
