2024 is starting to make me miss Covid quarantine. We just lost another amazing person and the world is worse off because of it. Nobody lit up a room and kept me laughing like Jacoby Jones. Rest well brother.

One of the reasons I became an attorney comes from my childhood. Too many times I saw my mother struggle to pay contractors only to have them take her money and never complete the work (or perform it in an unsatisfactory manner). As a little boy, I felt powerless to help her and get her justice. Today, I stood up for lifelong friends from the old neighborhood. When the judge awarded a cumulative judgement over $300,000.00 , I walked out of the courtroom and felt the overwhelming presence of my mom. We won! My mom had never seen me in court, but I know that she was present with us today. #

Finishing 2023 strong. Today I made a serious traffic violation appear not so serious. Probation Before Judgment and this young driver is back on the road to earn her (18 months without a traffic violation) Maryland Driver's License. I love helping people.
