Hey Now! Baygrass just announced the artists at large for this year’s festival. We’ve had a blast playing with the artists at large in previous years and this year is looking to be even better.

Allie Kral (fiddle), Alvin Lee (pedal steel), and Patrick Rainey (sax) will join the already stellar 2026 Annapolis Baygrass lineup.


Allie Kral: A powerhouse fiddle player formerly of Cornmeal and Yonder Mountain String Band, Allie is known for bringing her energy, precision, and passion to the stage.

Alvin Lee: Bringing the legendary "sacred steel" and funky gospel-infused guitar of The Lee Boys, Alvin is known for his ability to blend gospel, blues, and funk.

Patrick Rainey: Known for his soulful sax stylings, Patrick returns to light up the stage with his signature passion and energy.

The Baygrass Artists-at-Large create magical musical moments on stage: improvised jams, collaborative sit-ins, and talented friends throwing down. These three incredible musicians will pop up across both stages all weekend long for unforgettable collaborations.
