Caregiving often brings questions that do not have simple answers. Join us at Keswick’s Cognitive & Caregiver Resource Center on Saturday, August 22 for A Caregiver’s Journey with Dr. Peter Rabins.
A nationally recognized dementia expert and co-author of The 36-Hour Day, Dr. Rabins will share practical guidance on navigating caregiving, supporting family members, building resilience, and understanding memory loss and cognitive change.
Arrive early from 10 am – 11 am to connect with caregiver-resource organizations. The conversation with Dr. Rabins begins at 11 am.

Dignity and emotional well-being are deeply tied to our sense of independence. Join Keswick’s Cognitive & Caregiver Resource Center for Opportunities for Independence, a conversation focused on helping caregivers navigate changing care needs while continuing to support dignity, autonomy, and confidence.
Participants will explore:
• balancing safety with independence
• adapting daily routines and environments
• emotional changes for caregivers and loved ones
• practical strategies that encourage participation and choice
• ways to strengthen supportive caregiving relationships
This session is designed for caregivers, family members, and care partners supporting someone experiencing cognitive or functional change.
