Devon Mosley here, Founder/Owner of AGENCYIMD. The time has come for accountability in our country and world in unwavering support of Black lives. As a marketing agency for the hospitality industry, the action is clear. AGENCYIMD continues to be committed to disrupting racist mindsets in marketing narratives for the clients we serve.
And yet, as a white-owned business, I must also pull back the layers in which we benefit from the system that is set up to favor us over our colleagues of color. And then dismantle that s**t. Full stop. And further to that, acknowledging and admitting when my/our own lens is skewed by the racist system we are in.
So our action is clear and here: We are standing by to help any business reframe your marketing toward anti-racist messaging for a better world and resetting "the table" through a moral arc of justice.
