Dave was excellent during our inspection. He was extremely thorough and talked through everything he was seeing. His excellent knowledge and background was obvious when pointing out some issues and made us confident we were buying the right house. Was a great experience and highly recommend for anyone buying!

Dave was a spectacular home inspector. He was extremely thorough in the process, but he also viewed properties realistically. His prior background as a contractor was evident as he knew exactly what to look for in remodeled homes. Dave gave me numerous pieces of advice on maintaining my new home and answered all my questions about the basics of a rowhome. I truly feel confident in my first-home purchase because Dave was my inspector. Will not hesitate to call in the future.

On 1 of last weeks inspections my Thermal Camera found that there was Zero Insulation in the ceiling of the County Inspected Addition.
