Flavor spotlight: orange creamsicle 🍊🍪cookies!
These babies are the ultimate summer party crashers! I took a shortbread-like vanilla dough, added some orange zest and fresh OJ (because, priorities), stuffed them with a dollop of vanilla buttercream (because, more priorities), and finished them off with a drizzle of white chocolate.
They're fruity, creamy, light, and basically the answer to all your summer prayers! 🙏

I can't say I didn't snooze the alarm (several times 😬), but I did manage to crank out all four batches of marshmallows - key lime, cookies & cream, fried ice cream, and cotton candy!
Once they cure, it'll be time to cut, dust, and tuck them all into heat-sealed bags until they're ready for their forever homes. Pick yours up at the this Sunday, 5/17 from 10am-5pm while they last!

Hope everyone is having a great week! Sharing a photo of one of my taste testers, Charles.
He is a certified card-carrying rascal and loves when I give him a piece of cookie or bread to try.
I know he approves of the treat when he yells for more, and know he doesn't approve on the (luckily) rare occasions when he drops whatever I hand him.
