When homeowners tell you they still can't believe it's their house...

This Chesterfield project completely changed the look of the home,
going from an off-white exterior to a bold new design
featuring James Hardie siding in Deep Ocean.
The homeowners have told us

What made our Illinois Sales Consultant, Timothy Volk,
decide to join Brandon J Roofing?
It wasn't roofing.
Before joining our Illinois team,
Timothy was serving as a youth minister
and homeschooling his children.
When he began looking for a new opportunity,
he was searching for more than just a job.
What stood out to him was the culture.
A culture focused on growth, discipline,
and becoming the best version of yourself.

May was a battle to the finish for our Project Manager team.
The race for the most Certificates of Completion signed came down to the wire, with several PMs pushing each other all month long.
Congratulations to our May Top 3:

The competition was close,
but what stands out most isn't the numbers.
It's the leadership,
the teamwork,
and the commitment to serving homeowners well.
If you ask Brian what he's most proud of,
it isn't finishing in first place.
It's helping develop the newest Project Manager
in our Illinois division.
Clayton and Wade also had outstanding months,
taking on challenging projects and helping homeowners confidently cross the finish line.
This was a great month for the entire PM team.
The competition made everyone better,
homeowners were well served, and the team is locked in for a strong start to summer.
Great work, gentlemen.
