Coach Richie Bolin and the North Football team is showing that sometimes Star Power means showing Star patience, dedication and resiliency! Our Uncommon football team is certainly having an Uncommon season!!

Area football coaches react to another cancellation due to poor air quality Richie Bolin is no stranger to putting out fires, literally and figuratively.

Please join the North High Cheerleaders in welcoming our Veterans arriving home from Honor Flight #42, Thursday, September 16th. All family and community members are urged t join us, at North High School Football Stadium, as the Meadows Field tarmac is closed to p***c. The flight is expected to land at 7:01pm and the buses are expected to arrive at the football field within an hour. Bring your flags, banners and cheers to welcome our beloved heros including 4 WWII, 14 Korean War and 81 Vietnam War Veterans. That’s an incredible 99 Veterans!  

Today our some of our Varsity team had the pleasure of welcoming and performing for the reunion of the NHS Class of 1991! Our cheerleaders were honored and happy to take these Stars back 30 years to their high school days, once a Star, always a Star!

Our 2021-2020 Varsity and Junior Varsity Squads cheered together this evening at the NHS football game and did a wonderful job!! They cheered the
F/S team onto a victory and had a S-U-P-E-R ⭐️ time doing it!!

There is still time to support all North High Athletics! 2021-2022 will prove to be an exciting year with athletes returning to the courts, fields, tracks and courses...they need your support and purchasing fireworks is a great way to start!! Red! Gray! Stars! HEY! ⭐️

Come on out and grab your fireworks and support your North High Athletic teams! We are located behind Fabulous Burger on the corner of Airport and W. Day Ave. Fireworks are limited this year so hurry on over. We do have 1 BIG BANG Box if your looking for one. These are very hard to get this year!

Our Stars Cheerleaders won’t be working the firework booth this year, however this is a great opportunity to support all of the sports that will be working the booth by encouraging you all to visit the firework booth anytime to purchase fireworks and support Stars Sports! Let’s go Stars!

Come on out and support your North High Athletics! Our fireworks booth is located at Fabulous Burgers on Airport Drive. We are open from 7am to 7:00pm. Come on by!

Congratulations to Senior Adaysha Long!
Adaysha says “I want to thank my mom and dad for love and unconditional support during the last 4 years and doing everything possible to make sure I am prepared for the future. I also want to thank the North High staff and teachers, if it were not for them guiding my education in the right path I would’ve never gotten accepted into Cal Poly. And lastly I want to thank the Coach Branson, Coach Tiffany, and the cheer team. I am so proud to be apart of a team that is so dedicated and hardworking as they are. They have accepted me for who I am and allowed me to express myself. I am sad to be parting from them but they will always have a special place in my heart.”

Yaritza says “Hello, everyone thank you to all those that came to support me on my special night. I just want to say a few kind words. I want to thank my beautiful mother for always supporting me and giving me the best advice. I want to thank Tony for always treating me like your real daughter and for always being that father figure for me. I want to thank my little sister for always keeping me on my toes and looking up to me. Love you, Nat Nat. I want to thank Mrs.Toy and everyone else that made this day possible for me without you we wouldn't enjoy days like these. I thank my friends, teachers, and family for always being the biggest support system. I am so proud to say I cheered all 4 years of High School here at North high. I will always remember the North High Spirt. Go S.T.A.R.S!”

Thank you so much for our custom masks! They looked great and they kept our cheerleaders safe while working hard on the sidelines!

So proud of our Stars Cheer Team and all their hard work! They got to cheer their first football game of their cheer season tonight and the Stars Football team won!! Way to go boys!! We are proud of you, say we are proud of you!

Hey Stars! Are you looking to purchase new NHS gear? North is having another drive thru sale on Friday December 4th from 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm in the eastside parent drive-thru. They will have baseball sweatshirts and hats, NHS sweatshirts/sweatpants and a few select t-shirts. Prices for sweatshirts, sweatpants, and hats is $20 and t-shirts start at $5. Cash and credit cards are accepted!!

We just assembled our new team and we were excited to get started conditioning, however everyone’s health and safety is top priority. Keep shining like the Stars that you are! 💫
