Calling all local small businesses, vendors, food trucks, and more. I need y’all to do your big one with this. Let’s make this bigger than our Cinco De Mayo Festival. I need to see this posted everywhere. I need y’all tagging me nonstop, sharing this nonstop, going above and beyond. Free entry, free food. Bring the black pots out, bring your tent, bring your umbrellas. Let’s go full speed ahead. We want this to be the biggest Juneteenth festival Baker, Louisiana has ever seen. Of course Ruffins II Craving’s By Joann,LLC. Ruffins II The Clubhouse will have all the drink on deck
Even if you do not attend sharing, this won’t cost you anything please share and help me get the word out

I truly see why this is a can’t-miss signature event. The energy in the room, the genuine connections, and the remarkable honorees made it such a meaningful experience.

It’s always inspiring to be surrounded by individuals who are committed to making a difference in our community.
I had the opportunity to attend on behalf of St. Vincent de Paul Baton Rouge, and I’m grateful to be part of work that continues to support and uplift individuals and families across our region.

Congratulations to all of the incredible honorees and the team behind the Celebrate the Power of Women Luncheon for hosting such a powerful and uplifting event. Thank you for continuing to create spaces that celebrate impact, leadership, and purpose.💚💛

We want to take a moment to sincerely thank Mr. Castille of Helix Community Schools for his continued support and partnership.

We were honored to present him with his certificate recognizing his role as a Community Sponsor. What stands out most is his consistency—he is always the first to sign up each season and has been with us from the very beginning.

That kind of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. We are truly grateful for his commitment to our work, our participants, and the broader community. Partnerships like this are what help us grow and sustain meaningful impact.

Thank you again, Mr. Castille, for standing with us season after season.💚💛

Today we had the honor of recognizing participants in the Best Yard in Baker (BYIB) initiative and celebrating their contributions to our community.

Their commitment, consistency, and pride in their neighborhoods continue to make a visible difference across Baker.

We are especially grateful to the City of Baker School System (CoBSS), a proud sponsor of BYIB, for their continued support and for helping recognize the individuals behind this important work.

This is what partnership and community pride look like in action.💚💛❤️🖤
