Combining a cnc router with a laser machine.
3/8 thick Balsa lightened with the router and then laser cut out for the 1/3 scale Schweitzer 2-33 cockpit interior kit.

Trent Wilhelm from North Carolina got several good flights on his newly finished 1/4 scale Aviation Concepts glider this past weekend. He says, " Wow this thing flies good"

Customer S. Jones from California finished his beautiful 1/3 scale 2-33. He used our paint masks and he also has our cockpit kit installed. Outstanding work!

Been busy working his weekend on Mr. A. Marone's 1/3 scale Bird biplane. Lots and lots of laser cut ribs. When that was finished, I Also started CNC router cutting Mr. D. Wigely's voodoo composite parts. "Voodoo 1 What's been hit, What's Been Hit!" Lol that's all I say in my mind when I start working on this project. Val Kilmer Top Gun....

Had a little fun prototyping a new cookie packaging for Jane Bakes all natural ingredients cookies. I almost ate the entire sleeve of cookies before the packaging was finished to test the fit! Lol

Here is our 1/3 scale 2-33 cockpit interior kit. Picture is the display model.

Today I was CNC cutting more ASH-31 retract upgrade parts to replace the cheesy aluminum ones and some servo conversion arms.

Our photographer Jeff Duhaime got the money shot on this one!

This 1/4 scale was built by Dave Darr for Len Buffinton 7 years ago and now has a new owner down South.
