Norton and Siegel, Inc. NY Insurance with Service Since 1892 donated to New Hope for Children Org and helped us buy a few school desks for Hill View Primary school and paid school Fees for Mable. They saved kids who were sitting on a dirt floor In this shanty school which we are helping build better structures for. We want to start with a 3 classroom block. I had driven past this building every day for all of my life!! We weren't feeling the personal touch and service with our insurance agents and it was getting pretty frustrating! Suddenly one day at the light at DPA and Montauk Highway BAM! the Norton & Siegel sign jumped out at me and I wrote the number down before the light turned!

Shout out to Kelly and Aaron from Norton & Siegel. I had flood insurance through a different broker (that we've had before I met Aaron). When I received my bill this year, I was blown away at my new rate of over $1900 when I am not in the flood zone. I know that Aaron specializes in flood insurance in the area so I contacted him to ask how this could be. Well, let me tell you that Kelly investigated and found out that I have been categorized as Flood zone A all these years when I am actually Zone X. Needless to say, my new bill (with more coverage) is just $470 a year and to top off the great service, Kelly is going to try to get me a refund for some of the previous overpayments.

I want to publicly thank you Norton & Siegal for your exceptional service.
