Domain issues have been resolved and we have been given back control of OUR domains.

Our domain registrar, TPP Wholesale/Melbourne IT, seems to have disappeared off the map. 6 domains were renewed last Thursday and have not been processed since. Several have expired since and our corporate site as well as a several dev sites including all client based shared sites using exceptional server name servers have been down for 3 days now. Repeated attempts to contact these 2 companies has failed. Complaints to BBB, ICAAN, ICPEN, and ACCC have or in the process of being filed. We are also consulting with legal firms on compensation for loss of services, sites, and business via a lawsuit to be filed in Federal court this week. In effect they are holding our domains and business hostage and this is classified as a criminal act. More information will be available as it becomes available. We apologize for the difficulties this has created for our clients.
