The new normal!

I want to share the precautions Ritual has been implementing since reopening. This is a mouthful, but I think it’s important to share.

1. We’re open 7 days a week now, and the stylists are working in 2 teams. One team works odd days, the other team even days. This allows for about 12 ft between each stylist/chair/client.
2. Masks (behind the ear) are required for everyone. Each client must complete a wellness check and waiver, client and stylist temperatures are taken at door, and contactless pay is available. Masks can be purchased for $2 if needed.
3. Drinks are not allowed in salon to prevent people from removing their masks.
4. Plexiglass barriers have been placed between each shampoo bowl.
5. Lastly, the waiting and processing areas are closed for the time being. Clients are being asked to call the salon upon arrival so that their stylist can greet them and take their temperature at the door.

All of these precautions were put in place for each and everyone’s safety. I’m happy to answer any questions via messenger. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 512-391-0010. Welcome back!

We will be announcing an opening date soon. We are working hard to figure out how to meet the social distancing guidelines and other recommendations from the government and our regulating board. We are figuring out scheduling and securing equipment and products to keep everyone safe when we open! Please be patient with us. We can’t wait to see you!
