A lot of new women found their way here this week.
Welcome. Let me reintroduce myself.
I'm Juli Fiocca β 56, lifelong performance athlete, founder of ThriveSpan Collective.
Twelve years ago, the rules of my body changed and nobody handed me the new playbook. Early peri, early 40s. Chubby. Couldn't sleep. My head felt like it was on fire. So I did what we all do β worked harder, did more. Made a lot of mistakes.
Then I rebuilt. The training. The recovery. What fit means now.
Today: VO2 max 52. 12% body fat. The same lean muscle I carried at 35. Sub-5:30 mile sprints. Lifting at my lifetime PRs.
Not because I'm special. Because I had the system.
