The A.D.S. staff is always so incredibly happy to work with me. Obviously, Dr. Mark is the reason. I detest going to the dentist, but not so much with A.D.S...Dr. Mark makes me feel as I'm the most important client he has. Great "chair side manner", as well as his Tech's. I travel 70 miles to have his honesty, integrity and expertise. Oh and the massage therapists too!

The Doctors are super nice as is all the staff. I felt very comfortable and confident in them.

I REALLY don't dread going to the dentist anymore! If you want dental diagnosis or treatment....Dr. Mark and his staff CAN do it! Kinda, Almost, is Relaxing.....

Thank you Mark (Sweeney DDS) for being my only trusted dentist for over the past two decades (Unfortunately with a few years of absence on my part cuz I was out-of-country). I am a complete over-thinking wimp complete with extreme unfounded Odontokphobia. Not only did you fix my issue with the most professional and skilled loving hands, but also saved me from unnecessary procedures recommended by another doc in my in-network plan. I cannot recommend his practice more to anyone who wants a honest good looking doctor to take care of your dental needs....especially if you are a squeamish as me about dentist. And yes he still tells the same puns....which are not funny (still) but made me feel at home.....as close as u can get with someone doing a major dental procedure. My son 25 years ago! Was so afraid of dentists until seeing Dr.Mark! He had a pretty good size cavity and a cracked molar. Dr. Mark took him in immediately. My son smiled and said ”Dr. Mark didn’t even give me a shot mommy, he just put my tongue asleep. He said it would wake up when we got home”. That appointment in 1992 started a 25 year long relationship with Austin Dental Spa. I drive from Leander to see all the great hygienists and Dr. Mark. Wouldn’t trust anyone else.
