Colby Explores
Exploring events, places, and coffee shops in Austin and beyond
hosted a free “Cowboy Breakfast” so me and the boys went to investigate
Back again this week at the Church on Congress Avenue ( ). This week we’re getting to explore some of the back rooms which imo was quite fun!
In my time hanging out on South Congress in Austin (s/o ) I had noticed this cool looking triangle shaped church. I then also looked into it more on the website to see their beliefs and I thought they were really solid. So a couple weeks ago I walked into the church office and asked if I could explore and they said yes! So thanks for letting me film! More videos from the excursion in the church coming soon!
New YouTube video out now on the Colby Explores YouTube Account! Check it out, link in bio!
When my roommates and I went to the mall, we tried to convince Trip to try matcha
While I was home visiting family, me, my dad, my uncle and my cousin went to visit Whitakers Point. Despite being one of the most photographed spots in Arkansas I had never been during my 21 years of living in the state. It was a fun adventure with my family and was proud of how the video turned out!
Daydreamer coffee on Rainey Street has quickly become one of my favorite places to get work done. The coffee is great, and the space is even better. It's big enough that I don't have to worry about not being able to find a seat, which is a huge win.
My roommate and I went into the woods to take the profile photo for this account and then we ended up exploring! Since I had like zero expectations to see anything besides like trees, this turned out to be quite a fun adventure!
While I was back home in Arkansas, I visited Onyx Coffee in Bentonville and gave it a review! Also, y'all, I'm like actually so proud of the like "product shots" I got of the coffee... like that might be one of the best looking things I've ever shot on my iPhone.
Me and my dad took a trip to Crested Butte, Colorado and I went and walked around the downtown to try and find some cool stuff!
There was free admission at the Zilker Botanical Garden in Austin, and I went to check it out! Lots of cool stuff here, and this video only shows some of it! Admission is usually just $6 for Austin Residents, so definitely a fun cheep outing!
Figure 8 has some of my absolute favorite coffee in Austin, so it seemed like a good way to start the coffee review portion of this page. Watch the video to learn more not only about how good the coffee is, but also how the Menu, Community, and Grind-Ability stack up.
