It's what's for dinner.... roasted red bell pepper cauliflower soup, roasted zucchini and squash with horseradish mustard baked salmon topped with minced red onion.
Leftover chicken stock, broccoli and Konjac noodles for lunch, very filling!
Thanksgiving IP style...and everything was awesome! Definitely didn’t feel like I was missing out on anything! Zucchini “applesauce”, zucchini/rhubarb “cranberry sauce”, and IP mini Pumpkin Pies. Not pictured- the most amazing green bean casserole! 🤤
Made the Zuppa Toscana and Roasted Red Pepper Cauliflower (not 100% done yet!) soups today! Needed to change up my lunch veggies. I left the meat out of the Zuppa Toscana this time and it’s delish!
Tonight's Dinner, Potato Puree Waffle Buns (Janeva's Cookbook) Pulled Pork loin, coleslaw with Waldon Farms coleslaw dressing, sugar free barbeque sauce. Super yummy, My husband said its right up there with "Crack Slaw" which is his favorite :)
Two lunch options, my husbands has three ounces of shredded chicken breast, mine just the broccoli and cheese sauce. I only used one spoon of the cheese sauce a little goes a long way . Keep a packet mixed up in a small container in the fridge so you can easily add it to dishes.
Ideal Protein maple oatmeal spicy hermits. Yummy yummy and only 1 unrestricted

2 Packets maple oatmeal
1/3 cup egg White
1 TBS Avocado Oil
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp Pampered Chef Cinnamon Plus
1 tsp Pampered Chef Cinnamon
1 tsp Pampered Chef Vanilla
1/8 tsp Ground Ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves
2 TBS Waldon Farms Maple Walnut Syrup
pinch of salt
2 Packets Splenda

I used the small Pampered Chef dough scoop and it made 14
hermits. Bake at 375 on parchment lined cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.
They came out a little dry, but very tasty, I dipped them in hot tea and they were super yummy. I am going to play with the recipe a little to improve on the dryness, stay tuned for updates :)
