Walter White believed he was doing it all for his family.

But what if we looked at him from the other side?

In this edition of Other Side of Them, we explore what Walter might discover if he could see himself through the eyes of the people around him.

His resourcefulness might be a strength.
His determination might be admirable.

And yet, when those strengths are experienced as control, the impact can look very different from the intention.

That’s the perspective InnerVue helps uncover: not just who you believe you are, but what it’s actually like to be on the other side of you.

What might your InnerVue reveal?

Meet Allison Brenner, the person behind InnerVue.

Long before InnerVue, Allison was fascinated by a simple question: Why do people make the choices they make and behave the way they do?

That curiosity led her from studying psychology and working as a psychotherapist to a career in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, where she spent decades helping individuals and organizations better understand behavior, relationships, and growth.

Over the years, Allison continued expanding her work through coaching, organizational development, and self-awareness—bringing together the different pieces of psychology, feedback, and personal growth that she was most passionate about.

InnerVue is the result of that journey: helping people gain a clearer understanding of themselves and turn that insight into growth.

If someone dated you for a year, what story would they tell about that experience?

There are always two perspectives in a relationship: how you experienced them and how they experienced you.

It’s easy to criticize someone else’s behavior, but you can’t truly understand the relationship if you’re unwilling to look inward and reflect on your own.

Ready to understand what it’s like to be in a relationship with you?

Take your InnerVue and uncover the strengths, patterns, and blind spots shaping how you show up in relationships. Link in bio.

Your only competition is the person you were yesterday.

Self-awareness starts with looking inward—not comparing yourself to everyone else. Take time to reflect, recognize where you can grow, and keep becoming a better version of yourself, one day at a time.
