Lewis Conway, Jr., has built a cachet of servant-leadership as an organizer and campaigner locally, regionally and nationally. In 2018, Conway challenged a state law, to become one of the first formerly incarcerated people in Texas to have their name on an electoral ballot. Lewis works as a National Campaign Strategist for the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) working nationally to carry out l
arge-scale advocacy, legislative, electoral and organizing campaigns. He is the co-founder and President of Equally Yoked Marketing & Consultants, where he leads EYMAC’s marketing, research and messaging teams. Lewis’s work focuses on people of color and justice impacted individuals who have become the driving force of rapidly evolving advocacy and policy trends in the U,S. Prior to these current efforts, Lewis spent 2,095 days in Texas prisons and 4,012 days on parole for Voluntary Manslaughter. He is also a serial entrepreneur, filmmaker and digital content creator with almost two decades of experience in the broadcast and music industry.
