Our Story
In the beginning, Julia was a dedicated store manager for Panera Bread, successfully leading the team for a substantial three years before deciding to switch careers and venture into the cleaning industry. After working for several different cleaning companies and diligently learning the ins and outs of the business, she realized that many clients were not entirely happy with the current structure and the way that cleaning services were being operated. Issues such as encountering different cleaners each time, missing crucial areas of the home, or simply receiving poor customer service were all too common. This prompted her to take the bold step of opening her own cleaning business in order to change the standard in the cleaning industry for the better.

Tory, on the other hand, has an extensive driving background, having worked with FedEx for several years. During his numerous deliveries, he observed how many cleaning and landscaping companies were actively servicing homeowners along his routes. His keen entrepreneurial spirit inspired him to start a business in 2021 that would provide both landscaping and cleaning services. Although he initially found success with landscaping, he ultimately decided to discontinue that service and refocus his efforts entirely on cleaning, forming a partnership with Julia to establish Efficient Cleaners. Together, they have been in the cleaning industry for about four years and have grown to genuinely love creating clean and welcoming spaces for families throughout Central Texas, with the majority of their loyal clients having been with them for three years or more!
