We are looking for an experienced CAD Drafter to assist with a current project that has already begun. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and collaborating with our design team to ensure accurate project ex*****on.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed CAD drawings based on initial sketches, measurements, and project plans.
Revise and modify drawings as needed.
Collaborate with the design team to align with the project vision and specifications.
Utilize SketchUp or other 3D rendering software to create high-quality renderings.
Ensure that all drawings comply with design and construction standards.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
Experience with SketchUp or other 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to interpret architectural and design plans.
Previous experience with residential or commercial interior design projects preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the design team.
Compensation:

Competitive project-based rate, commensurate with experience and project scope.
