On 11/1/13 I filled out an online request via a website for a quote for a ride to the airport. Within a few minutes a gentleman from Endeavor Limousine called me and we agreed to a price of $80.00 (to go from Pflugerville to ABIA). The driver of the limousine said she was the daughter of the owner. I asked her for a receipt as this was a business trip. She said, oddly, that she had nothing to write with. I pulled out a pen and a piece of paper and gave her my email for them to send me a receipt. I tipped her $20.00 in cash. I never received a receipt. On 11/4, I checked my Wells Fargo account and noticed that $96.00 had been debited to Endeavor Limousine. I emailed them and they replied that it was customary for them to add a 20% gratuity. I mentioned that I had already given a gratuity, and demanded they return the overcharge. They said they would investigate and get back to me. They never did. They have now stopped answering my emails. Do NOT trust this company!!!
