A strong step forward for Texas values.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld SB 10, affirming the constitutionality of displaying the Ten Commandments. This decision reinforces the importance of our nation’s historical foundations and the role these principles have played in shaping our laws and communities.

Grateful to see this upheld and proud to support efforts that reflect the values held by so many across our great state.
