β What you need:
β6 large eggs
β1 tablespoon oil
β1 medium tomato, diced small
β1 cup shredded cheese
β6 8-inch tortillas
β6 parchment paper squares, about 10 inches
βAdditional toppings and salsa (optional)
π Directions:
β©In a medium bowl, whisk eggs.
β©In a medium skillet (about 10 inches) over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and pour in whisked eggs. Once they start cooking, add in your diced tomato and any other add-ins you like in your burritos. Continue to stir the egg and topping mixture until fully cooked and remove pan from heat.
β©On a flat surface, place a tortilla on top of a parchment paper square. Top the tortilla with 1/6 of the egg mixture, top with shredded cheese and any other toppings or salsa.
β©Fold tortilla over the fillings, fold in the sides, and roll into a burrito. Once your breakfast burrito is closed, wrap with the parchment paper square.

β©What you need:
β 2 40 Kcal Whole Wheat Bread
β 2 servings strawberry jam (spread on top)
β 2 servings of Fat-free mozzarella cheese
β©Omellete:
β 2 whole eggs

Sunday might be viewed as "cheat meal" for some. π
But we simply do not feel the need to "cheat" to be able to stay on track, hit our goals, and enjoy a beauty like this.

I give you one of my fav's macro friendly recipes so you can enjoy today and tag me when ya try it. This cheesy double-decker has 53g of protein and less than a third the fat of typical bacon cheeseburgers.
β What you need:
2-4oz Lean Beef Patties*
1 slice Reduced Fat White Cheddar Cheese
1 slice Turkey Bacon
1 tsp. Hickory Liquid Smoke
1 Hamburger Roll
π Directions:
Combine ground beef and liquid smoke
Form beef into two even sized patties
Grill until about 1 minute before desired doneness
Add half slice of cheese to each burger and allow to melt
Cook bacon as desired
Place 1 burger on the bottom of roll, followed by bacon and then remaining burger
Add any condiments such as lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, relish, etc, if desired
