Change is scary because it brings uncertainty. Many prefer the comfort of the known, even if it’s not good. We often fear what we don't understand.
Our brains are wired to seek validation and stick to familiar pathways. Unlearning and relearning is hard work. Just like learning to sing correctly, it takes time and effort to change old habits.
When we don’t align with God’s truth, we miss out on who we’re meant to be. Are we holding on to our own beliefs instead of embracing something greater?
It’s worth reflecting on how our resistance to change might be holding us back. What steps can you take today to embrace change?
