This class has been awesome. This morning we've been learning glute, low back, and psoas. This afternoon is going to be upper back and neck. Woot!!

Y'all, today's class was AMAZING!!! Watching the students learn to feel with their feet, use their legs for more than just standing, was just absolutely beautiful. I appreciate how excited and curious the students are to learn mat based work, and it just creates a fun class.

I've GOT to take more pictures; but man alive I get so caught up in this bodywork and watching others try awesome new techniques. Super excited for tomorrow's class where the students get to do a whole mat based sequence and really get to feel the flow and effectiveness of mat based bodywork!!!
