HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Don't ever do business with these clowns. The just blackmailed me for extra fees AFTER they picked up my cargo. When I talked to a supervisor I told him we're done and to delete my company information as we'd never do business with them again and didn't want any calls or emails from them ever again, which he promised he did. BIG SURPRISE, the 2 days later I get another email from these clowns. When I called the sales rep who started this mess, she refused to transfer me back to the supervisor who lied to me then hung up the phone. Then I spoke to Brooke, the Operations Manager who also hung up the phone when I told her that her people refused to delete my contact infomation.
