[09/11/14]   Breath Deep & Lower Your Blood Pressure

Did you know, when you breathe deeply and properly, even for a few breaths, you can easily lower your blood pressure?

Deep proper breathing relaxes your autonomic nervous system. When this system is chronically “ anxious,” it puts pressure on your blood vessels and keeps your blood pressure high. When relaxed the opposite occurs.

2-5 Breathing Exercise

Breathe in deeply into your abdominal cavity. That means that as you breathe deeply in, your stomach will push out.
Breathe in through your nose to a slaw count of 2—until you’ve taken in all the air you can into your lungs and abdomen. Then very slowly breathe out through your mouth to a slow count of 5. Then repeat.

Do this 10-20 times and then just relax and have your blood pressure checked. Nine times out of ten you will be amazed. And if this kind of breathing helps lower your blood pressure, it will also benefit your entire body, including your brain.

1 ½ C. distilled water
3 inches of ginger root
1 handful organic strawberries
3 large fresh mint leaves
½ lime with pith
½ cucumber
1 carrot
½ small red beet

Instructions

Place ingredients in blender and hold down the “ pulse” button for 15 seconds. Then let go and press the up arrow until it revs up to speed 10 and stop automatically after 50 seconds. Blend for a minimum of 2 cycles for about 2 minutes.

* Use 3 horsepower blender *

5 stalks celery
1 handful organic strawberries
3 large fresh mint leaves
½ lime with pith

Instructions

Message from Yin & Yang Symbol

Sometimes, we feel so sad, nothing works no matter how hard we try. Feels like all the doors are closed in front of us, and we can go nowhere, at the worst time, we can even feel our world is ending. At those time, we are in the very Yin side of the symbol, SO dark! But, take a good look at that symbol, there is a little white dot. That is the hope , and the hope is always there even it is very small. The big dark part is gradually getting smaller and smaller, eventually transfer to white, to the bright side.

In our life time, we all experience some good days and bad days, just like that Yin & Yang Symbol, has dark side and bright side. The dark side is always with brightness, and the bright side always with darkness. There is no pure bad and pure good. Even sometimes we feel like the bad days are too many, will never end, but it will end eventually .Yin and Yang gradually trade places with each other, revealing what was obscured and obscuring what was revealed.

If we only just take medicine to make the symptoms disappear, that is like we tell the messengers to shut up. After the medicine, we feel better because that is what medicine do, but we might not know what the messengers try to tell us what is really happening inside of our body. Then, for a while, we have more and more symptoms, we take more ad more medicine...

Lab work, X-ray, MRI, EKG..., those are the one to find what is wrong with the body, they have nothing to do to prevent illness. Take care of your body to not get sick. Why do you want to wait to fix something but not want to take care them well to prevent them to break.

2 cup distilled water
2 ears fresh corn cut out from cob
2 carrots
1 fuji apple with skin and seeds
1 fist parsley with stems
2 tsp. Bee pollen (last 20 seconds of blending)

1 inch slice ginger root
2 fresh basil tops with stem
½ lemon with pith and seeds
