🏃Forward & through - that is the way of healing.
I’ve been responding to healing for others since I was little - but the healing I needed to respond to was my own first. To listen to my body, to breathe, to quit that job, to move, to get out of that relationship, to choose me. To listen to my heart and what lit me up inside.
To open up and allow myself to be me. To sing, to dance, to help heal others and listen to them - you, your whole self.
After over 8 years of Massage, Sports and Mobility Therapy, and what feels like my whole life of listening to the structure and energy of others - I’m am now as well a BodyMind Coach.

Juneteenth is the oldest known celebration commemorating the freedom of all enslaved people in the US. On this date in 1865 Major General Gordon Granger of the Union Army landed in Galveston, TX with the news that Civil War had ended and slavery had been abolished.
Today, especially in Texas history, we remember just how long we have fought for freedom, justice, and equality, and how we must continue to do so. I am proud to stand with our community in celebration of Juneteenth.
