For the last few years I have been using remote computer accessing for the design of plans for my architectural projects. Not only does this promote “social distancing”, it actually turns out to be a great way to design projects together. You can see my screen where I can move walls and change roof designs all in 3-D in real time while you watch.

This is a great benefit for you to visualize the work as we go, it saves time and is far more convenient for everyone. Whether we like it or not, “Code Next” is coming soon. If you own property in Austin, it will be wise to keep up. Some property densities will change drastically and others will not. I am no expert so I will be watching closely as well.
