Someone tells you in order to lose weight you need to eat like a bird, replace meals with shakes or any other fad... I can attest to the fact that if you eat right, and work out hard, you can lose weight. My workout tonight was only 58 minutes, and I burned 922 calories and that wasn't cardio and you can see I consumed 2267 calories. Macros are spot on.

First time trying the Noxygen & Condense stack. It was so gooooood, smooth, and not grainy. Didn't have any twitches, felt pump'd through the whole workout. It was a #great workout tonight, killed chest and shoulders.
