Spencer Collins, our VP of Construction, recently sat down with multiple site teams across several apartment communities before work kicked off. Together they went over the scope of work, the schedule, work hours, who's supervising the project, emergency contacts, site logistics, and what each person is responsible for — including talking to residents and getting the space ready.
Taking the time to cover the details upfront makes everything easier down the road. That's just how EJL Construction does things.

Phase Two of our RMHC renovation is moving right along.
Demo is complete and the build back is underway. This is where the work gets real — the planning, the coordination, and the efficiency. We’re working hard to deliver these units.
