Eating healthy is a lifestyle!!!

All fruit and nut diet until early afternoon. First meal of the day around 10, allowing my body to flush out all the toxins/waste from the night before.

Pineapple, papaya, flax seed, chia seeds, nut assortment, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Yum!

Don’t forget to show up AUTHENTICALLY!!!

There are billions of people in the world and we all want to feel seen and loved. To do so, you have to stop hiding behind who you THINK people will like and start showing up AS YOU ARE!

Love yourself first so others can do the same. You show people how you want to be treated. When you become courageous and step into your confidence, you will feel the results in how the universe conspires on your behalf.

Join us for our next women’s circle at Flow Yoga North Loop on March 16th from 2-4pm.

We will bring in Spring with renewed intention setting and expressing ourselves through mindful sand art activities.

Sometimes, we need to take time to JUST BREATHE!!!

Adventure outside and find a trail that you can just get lost in for a while!!!

Your nervous system will thank you!
