As the leaves begin to change and the air turns crisp, we hope this newsletter finds you in good health and high spirits. In this edition, we bring you essential information about staying healthy and safe in the face of flu, cold, and COVID-19. Your health and safety remain our top priority.

Seasonal Illnesses - Know the Difference

The FLU:The flu is a contagious respiratory illness caused by influenza viruses. Symptoms include fever, cough, body aches, and fatigue. We recommend that you postpone your massage session if you are experiencing flu symptoms to prevent the spread of the virus.

Common COLD: Colds are typically less severe than the flu and often come with symptoms like a runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, and a sore throat. If you have a cold, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the health and comfort of our therapists and other clients.

COVID: COVID-19 is caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Common symptoms include fever, cough, loss of taste or smell, and difficulty breathing. If you experience any of these symptoms or have been in close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case, we kindly ask you to postpone your visit and get tested for everyone's safety.

Rest assured that we continue to implement strict safety measures to protect you during your visit:

Enhanced Sanitization: Our clinic is regularly sanitized, and high-touch areas are disinfected frequently.
Mask Policy: Masks are available for all clients and staff within the clinic premises.
Hand Hygiene: Hand sanitizers are readily available, and we encourage frequent handwashing.
