A message from the President & CEO of our parent company The Fedcap Group, Christine McMahon, on Teacher Appreciation Week:
This week is Teacher Appreciation Week and I want to express my sincere gratitude for what you do every single day to engage, educate and support the children and youth and their families across our span from early intervention to child care to preschool to middle and high school.
We serve children and youth who have special needs—which makes what you do all the more critical. You make the difference. And while we can see the fruits of your labor today—the real impact will be felt years from now when these children and youth will, as adults, have the skills to be active and engaged members of their communities.
So know—that what you do matters and that all of us across our Fedcap Group footprint are proud of you and appreciate you!

Join us to see how we’re making a difference!

Having a baby is a wonderful journey that is filled with so many sweet moments! Babies bring so much joy and wonder to the lives of parents and caregivers! However, there is no parenting instruction manual and many parents find themselves asking questions, such as: Am I doing the right things? Is my baby growing and developing the way they should be? Understanding child development can provide parents and caregivers with evidence-based developmental milestones that can be tracked to ensure a child is developing healthy and appropriate physical, emotional, cognitive, and social skills. Check out the image below from mindhelp.com that further explains child development and effective parenting practices that can help encourage and establish healthy child development.
