"Who cares what I do? Who cares what I say? I am the way I am. I'll keep on being that. I will never change."

Our repertoire for ASCENDING COLOUR consists of songs composed or popularized by a mix of LGBTQ+ BIPOC artists and community allies.
This mixture of well-known and emerging talent comes with a resumé of Broadway and mainstream musical outlets with artists such as Sara Bareilles, Shea Diamond, Ty Defoe, Toderick Hall, Cyndi Lauper, Michelle Li, Ingrid Michaelson, Diana Syrse, Thalía, and Kit Yan featured.
Several pieces from Songs of the Phoenix, a curated choral work from Broadway composer Andrew Lippa, will be in this production.
