A guy just parked in front of the theatre. I opened the front door.
Guy: "You guys are open right? Tattoo Parlor, right? I'll park somewhere else."
Me: "Live theatre."
He parks somewhere else. Must have been all my tattoos.

Love these plays!!!!
This week, we’re spotlighting all the books we released last week! Today, we want to show off SIX PLAYS, which features six plays by Chicago-based playwright Mickle Maher. This anthology is the largest collection of Maher’s plays to date, representing work created from 1999 to 2019. Maher has been described as “one of the most original voices in American theater today,” and his plays engage classic literature as a jumping off point for seriously unusual comedic dramas, often dealing with the absurdity, difficulties, and rewards of artistic endeavor.
