With over 68,000 courts nationwide, the sport is booming...and we’re proud to have shaded so many courts throughout the Central Austin + San Antonio area. As pickleball continues to grow, we look forward to expanding alongside it - bringing shade, comfort, and community to even more courts in the years ahead! Our structures in ACTION at Old Settlers Park!🏓

We’re SO excited to have helped create a space where the Round Rock community can play, connect, and stay cool. These new courts are part of the overall improvements to Old Settlers Park approved by Round Rock voters in the 2023 bond package & we’re proud to be a part of it.

Big things happening in San Antonio!🙌 We’re proud to showcase our structure at Joan Price Park - custom fabric featuring the iconic San Antonio Spurs logo. It’s always an honor to blend function, design, and community pride into one space.

As longtime partners with the City of San Antonio - Municipal Government , we’re grateful for the opportunity to bring this project to life and can’t wait to see the community enjoy it for years to come. Cheering on the Spurs ahead of their game on Sunday!🏀

Excited to share that our work at Tom Slick Park in San Antonio is officially complete!🌳☀️ This project was in partnership with City of San Antonio - Municipal Government as part of the 2022 Bond Project.

Thrilled to announce that Alice Martínez Rodríguez Park has received an Award of Excellence in Design from Texas ASLA this month in Fort Worth!

Capital Shade is honored to contribute to this vision through thoughtfully designed shade solutions that enhance comfort, accessibility, and year-round usability across the park’s gathering spaces! This project is a powerful example of how intentional design can elevate communities and create meaningful, inclusive public spaces.

🏓Paddle up!🏓 The brand-new Pickleball Courts at the Adult Recreation Complex in Old Settlers Park are officially OPEN! With dedicated courts and plenty of space to rally, it’s time to lace up and hit the court. We are thrilled with how this space came to life with the incorporation of our shade structures!

Safe spaces start outside, too!🌳At The Safe Alliance Domestic Violence Shelter, our shade structures anchor the new outdoor play area...turning a former motel pool into a protected space for families to gather and heal.☀️

Thankful to have worked with McKinney York Architects on such a meaningful project.
