On 14th November we conducted a hybrid business training at the American Centre in Kampala. We had over 80 participants onsite and offsite. We plan to have similar trainings in future. Our training broadly focuses on, business strategy, marketing, finance, business leadership and management.

We are grateful to our partner Telcan Innovations who Organized a graduation and exhibition by entrepreneurs trained under the Work for Life Entrepreneurship curriculum. The graduands were 15 and the function had exhibitors of soap and detergents, briquettes and energy saving cookstoves, performing arts and confectionaries. We are grateful to Legacy Collective who directly sponsored our entrepreneurship trainings in the early part of 2024. We directly trained over 2,000 entrepreneurs between January and July. Most of the trained people managed to launch businesses. In the picture attached we present St. Apollo Church Group who are among the beneficiaries.

We offer business mentorship and coaching. By the time we met Monica, she was almost closing shop. Her stock had greatly dwindled. We have done one on one sessions. From Zero bags of charcoal, she has four. We are engaging with her to explore alternate revenue streams.

Over the last three years, we have directly rolled out our entrepreneurship training to over 16,000 people across 16 Districts of Uganda. We have imparted business skills to people from sectors of; Education, Trade, Entertainment, Agriculture, ICT, Construction, Food and Confectionaries, Beauty and Hairdressing, Tailoring and Design. We trigger their Entrepreneural mind to fulfill the God given potential.

The Work for Life Entrepreneurship Trainings have culminated into Women and Men starting businesses. Hence improving livelihoods at household level. We catalyze, the champions are people who start businesses.
