We love to recognize great work. Our Short Service Employee (SSE) Program is designed to pair up a mentor employee and a new employee to help them learn the USAC way. Here one of our experienced field mentors successfully completed Lock Out Tag Out training with a new employee who wears a green hat to identify him as a new hire. Both were awarded USAC logo tumblers for a job well done. Thanks to all USAC employees for being SAFE.

Last week we held Ariel Compressor valve training for our technicians in Louisiana. We take great pride in bringing high quality OEM training directly to our field employees. This approach provides more time for training and less travel time. Go Team USAC!

Providing our field technicians with high quality technical training is a core value of the USAC culture. This week, technicians in Weatherford, TX completed Ariel Compressor Valve training. Their coursework focused on torque measurement, valve repair procedures and bolting. We are proud to have some of the very best field service technicians in the industry.

This week, a group of field service technicians completed EMIT training. EMIT Technologies delivered their compressor controls and emissions system training with their mobile learning lab at our Pecos, TX office. We recognize that traveling to attend quality training courses is sometimes difficult, so we bring the training to them! Our dedication to technical training is next to none!

Last week, a group of our field service technicians completed CAT ADEM 3 controls training at our in-house training facility in San Angelo, TX. At USAC, we recognize the importance of ongoing technical training which is why we established our own field technical training center.

USA Compression is proud to continue our support of the Texas Mamma Jamma Ride in 2020! We are excited to continue our sponsorship of this local Central Texas charity that helped raise over $300,000 for breast cancer survivors in 2019. ‘Tis the season of giving! This week, members of our team in the Mid-Continent division volunteered at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. They bagged 774 bags of food totaling 2,138 pounds. This is equivalent to 1,782 meals! Great job!

USA Compression is excited to announce that we are currently in construction of our first 100 million square cubic feet per day modular compression facility in the Delaware Basin. This state-of-the-art facility will efficiently move natural gas meeting our customer needs. Fantastic job to our hard-working team that made this possible.

The USA Compression IT team enjoyed a fun day of team bonding staying sharp in their technical and ax throwing skills! We are proud of the work they have accomplished together to make “IT” happen for our employees allowing them to better serve our customers.

There are so many things to be thankful for during this holiday season. Today in our Austin corporate office, we gathered around the table for our annual Thanksgiving Potluck and enjoyed food and great conversation with our team. A classic Texas Thanksgiving highlighted by smoked turkey and pecan pie!

Our entire contract administration team came together with our legal and accounting teams this week at our corporate office in Austin. Most of our contract administration is done in field operations offices where we are closest to the customer. This meeting was a homerun as it provided an amazing opportunity for collaboration and partnership all focused on delivering the very best service to our customers. Awesome job!

Yesterday, today and every day we are grateful for our military service personnel past and present, and the families who support them. We thank the brave men and women of our armed forces for their accomplishments and sacrifices. A special thank you to the many USA Compression employees who proudly served our country. Thinking of you on Veteran’s Day.

Today at our Austin corporate office, we held our sixth annual Chili Cook-Off! We all enjoyed many warm bowls of chili as we narrowed down the contenders to choose a winner. After votes were cast, “Unicorn’s Last Supper” got the W and took home the trophy! It’s team events like this that help make USA Compression an awesome place to work.

Yesterday, USA Compression celebrated the grand opening of our brand new facility in El Reno, Oklahoma! This location will serve as our Mid-Continent Region headquarters. We are excited for the continued growth and success at USAC!

More than 150 USA Compression employees, family, and customers had a blast last weekend at the Dallas NHRA drag races! USAC sponsored driver, Ron Capps, Don Schumacher, and the NAPA team were amazing hosts as always. What better way to spend a weekend than with great people and our favorite topics - horsepower and compression!

USA Compression is always seeking talented applicants to join our amazing company. This week, members of the USAC Human Resources Department attended a career fair at the Oklahoma State University campus in Okmulgee, OK. This campus is where the OSU natural gas compression program is located. USAC is a proud supporter of this program which produces solid interns and remarkable future employees.

USAC field service technicians are provided with opportunities throughout the year to develop and hone their mechanical skills. Last week, our team rolled up their sleeves and completed valve and compressor training!

USA Compression is proud to support both local and national charities. This past weekend, we were honored to continue our sponsorship of the 11th annual Texas Mamma Jamma Ride in support of breast cancer fighters and survivors. 436 riders and volunteers participated in this event including our own VP of IT. Way to go!

Keeping our technicians up to date with their technical skills training is part of the USAC culture. These field employees are pictured completing compressor valve training in our Gulf Coast Region. Great job guys!

The USA Compression Accounting team enjoyed an afternoon out of the office team building in Austin. They honed their ping pong skills and had a great time being together. Teamwork is at the heart of the USAC culture!
