Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL Required!

Approximate hours are 11:15 am to 9:45 pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.
Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift

Upward Logistics Group LLC is looking for a highly responsible, hard-working and organized parking lot attendant. The position is an outdoor position, operating in all weather conditions.

The position is located at 7000 Metropolis Dr., Austin TX 78744.

Typical hours are from 3:30pm to Midnight.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Inspect all incoming vans.
Ensures incoming drivers have filled their gas tank.
Collect company equipment from incoming drivers.
Ensures incoming drivers know where to park.
If a driver comes in with new van damage, make sure that they have reported the damage to their company if not, you will call the company at that time to report it.
Complete the driver checkout process.
Organize all van bags (in numerical order), phones, and other devices are returned to the company properly and stowed.
Follow and adhere to all Company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must be 21 years old or older
Must have a valid government-issued ID
Pass a standard 4-panel drug test
Pass a background check
Have a basic understanding of how to use electronic handheld devices
Must be positive with a high customer service ethic

*Compensation includes base rate of $18.25/hour, plus weekly Attendance Bonus of $40 per week, which equates to an additional $1/hour (assuming a 40-hour workweek). Driver eligibility is determined on a weekly basis. This bonus is available to drivers who drive a route at least 4 days during the applicable delivery week starting on 1/2/21 and ending on 1/29/21.
