It’s so hard to take photos when I’m cooking for a dinner party. It’s more important to get the food out while it’s hot IMHO. But here’s an app I did last week - pan seared Halloumi in a spicy-sweet Calabrian chile glaze with crushed pistachios.

That’s a wrap! What a great way to soft launch Double Kick cheesecakes. We sold out of lemon & had a few chocolate left. Thanks to & everyone else that bought and sampled the cakes. Now to plan & prepare for the 2026 takeover😜 Hope to be in Austin farmer’s markets in the new year, followed by local groceries. Stay tuned! 🥁🤘

Worked a great dinner for a really nice family in Wimberley. They requested a vegan Thai menu & I was happy to provide it. The house had a great view & they even printed out menus.🙏
