Next week we will start the New Works Play Festival!

Here's everything you need to know...

New Works Play Festival is a week-long process where student actors and directors workshop new plays written by St. Eds students!
Auditions will be held on the Sunday the 23rd in Studio 141, and the final performance will be Saturday Feb. 29th in Maloney Room at 6pm.

Playwrights:
You MUST submit scripts by Friday February 21st to the Transit email: [email protected].
Please let us know if you would like to direct your own writing, if you have a director in mind, or if you would like us to pair you up with someone!

Actors:
Please prepare a short one minute monologue for the audition.

Directors:Before auditions, print a few copies of a short excerpt of your script for actors to read as sides, or come prepared with questions for actors.

Hi Everyone, Transit has an exciting event coming up!

This February, Transit Theatre Troupe and Sigma Tau Delta are teaming up to produce an informal Pop Up Shakespeare event the week of Valentine's Day!

Our plan is to perform 3 scenes from Shakespeare's most romantic plays all around campus either on Valentine's Day or the day before (depending on actor availability).

(This event will take place during the afternoon and will not conflict with Curious Incident)
